Our Cycle 1 Dry Floor Team met at the end of 2024 for a Preview where they talked about their successes and goals they met in 2024 and set some new goals together for 2025 including continued cross-training and also reviewed and updated work instructions for the various processes that fall under their workload.

This team is stacked with young talent and are shining examples of many of our core Townsend values including grit, teamwork, and flexibility. They are shown here in new Team T-shirts.
