For our IT Tech Support Personnel Position we are looking for:

Desired Skills

PC and peripheral support (i.e., computers, printers, phones, etc.)
Hardware repair/replacement
Initial setup/Configuration
Software Upgrades
Operating System / Application Support
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10)
Active Directory (Account Creation, Termination, password resets)
Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) user management, password provisioning
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with third party applications

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
Microsoft Certifications plus 1yr experience
Experience and/or education in computer networking, PC/Mac environments, server support, phone system administration, Virtual environments is a plus.
