Our 4th and final milestone anniversary of May belongs to Sherry Cocker for 30 years!!! Sherry is the 1st of 3 partners celebrating their 30th in 2025!!! Starting on our Accounting team, shifting to Customer Service, acting in Sales and Marketing, Sherry does it all. She participates in new product and color launches, customer and business strategy, designs, sets up, and attends all of our aviation tradeshows, in addition to handling and attending to day to day interactions and needs from some of our largest customers!

Sherry is known for her big heart ❤️ , hearty laugh 😂, zest for fun 🤩, vacationing 🏖️ and travelling, as much as she is for her legendary dedication, commitment, and hard work for our team and customers. She was one of the first to win our Ownership award and last year won 🥇 our Initiative award. Those two awards speak to her approach over her 30 years, she has always gone above what anyone expected, persistence over resistance, and being up for any challenge. She is the only one to be first to the office each morning while also being the first to go anywhere needed for a customer with no notice.

Sherry has always been an amazing partner, being super personable, hard working, outgoing, caring and attentive to all of us. Spending her Friday evening with a customer and his family as well as co- workers feels like spending it with family and friends! She goes out of her way during the Holidays to spearhead gift raising donations for children locally that would have a less cheerful holiday otherwise. She is always up for all theme days, Halloween, and any social events we put together. Growing up in the company, she married, and saw both her children join the company for Summer work when not at College. Sherry has supported Townsend and its customers through so many changes in people, technology, and ways of working – she has been one of those constants for Townsend that make us so lucky 🍀, appreciative, happy 😃, and proud 🥹. Congrats on 30 Sherry!! Thank you for all you do and are!!
