We received photos and nice message from a happy customer for whom we matched the original leather of his car he was refurbishing. Our Antique Glaze Cowhide in custom color Tuscan Sun embossed in Leather Grain really makes this restoration come to life. Here is very kind message of appreciation.

“It brings me exceptional pleasure to share the reupholstered Porsche 911 Sport Seats that feature the custom leather your team produced are finally complete and installed in the car.

It. Looks. Amazing.

Seriously, the mottled color match of the leather looks like it was produced in 1977 with all the other door cards, dashboard and rear seats.

I can’t thank you enough for helping me with this project. I have encouraged the company that upholstered the seats to contact Townsend if they ever need to replicate cork seats in the future or for any other leather needs.

We were so honored to host a visit @townsendleather this week from Coline Jenkins, the Great Great-Granddaughter of Women’s Rights Icon Elizabeth Cady Stanton who was born in our hometown of Johnstown, New York. Coline exhibits all the traits of her Great Great Grandmother and continues the fight for women’s voices to be heard in all arenas. She posed with our Sr VP of Sales and Marketing, Sarah Eckler, in front of our digitally printed leather panel featuring Elizabeth Cady Stanton and spent time in various departments learning about what we do here in Johnstown.
