Townsend Leather was proud to participate in our local Relay For Life event.

Through tremendous team effort and very generous personal matching donations from our President, Jared, Townsend Leather raised just barely under $3,000!

Our tent at the walk event had a lot going on.  We were raffling Yankees game tickets, and a TL Townsend Leather handbag, as well as selling cowbells, hats and other trinkets.

Another hot item at our tent was our custom made “Buck Cancer” Townsend Leather Bulls Relay Team T-Shirts.

We were also passing out Townsend Leather calendars, and even got some help from the local mascot!

We even had a “mascot” of our own, our crowd-pleasing, ready-to-entertain, HR Generalist, Ben, making sure no one went home empty handed.

 

And we had hand crafted temporary tattoos and hair extensions, to add some blign to your thing.

And dont forget the exciting game we setup for all tent visitors to enjoy – Pin the Mustache On The Bull!

  

 

It was a great day with great weather and great company.  It was exciting and humbling to be a part of such a meaningful and powerful event.

The Fulton-Montgomery County Relay For Life event raised an astounding $108,481.68.

As always Townsend was happy to get involved in raising money for cancer research through the events and fundraisers we did in the building and at the Relay event.  And we eagerly look forward to next year!
